Accidental Photographs

I like this series because all the photographs were accidents, taken without my knowledge. I like the sense of frantic movement in the photographs and their accidental nature, but also the interesting compositions created. I particularly like the first two series of photos because of the blending of light and colour. Although each set of photographs were taken within seconds of each other, I think a story and narrative is still portrayed, similar to that of Paul Graham series 'The Present', and I think these photographs are an interesting twist on what we see photography as.

The idea of turning accidents into art is quite interesting to me, as well as finding the beauty in the mundane everyday as these photographs were taken during dull moments in the day where I wasn't doing anything interesting in particular but now make fascinating and aesthetic pieces of art.
